What is in the file
This letter, dated 7 May 2026 and signed by Mr J, is addressed to Amelia Skea. It sets out the family’s position and requests a written explanation.
- Page 1: the family contrasts Miss E’s June 2024 executed agreement with the implications it says were drawn from the correspondence attributed to Ms Skea.
- Page 2: it records the family’s account of a 13 April 2026 records-office visit, including alleged statements that no current or historic BH68 agreement existed in Mr Mayo’s name.
- Page 3: it asks whether the attributed correspondence was accurate, what supported any record update, whether an executed BH68 agreement or supporting instrument exists, what verification occurred and why earlier questions had not received a substantive answer.
- Page 4: it states the family’s proposed next steps and requested seven-day response period.
How to read this source
The office statements, alleged litigation use, intentions and consequences described here are the family’s account. The letter is not an independent records-office finding or proof of fabrication. The underlying recording, complete agreement history and relevant court filings are not supplied with this letter.
Its reference to correspondence that later emerged must not be confused with the date of the printed exchange: Document F bears April 2024 dates, before the June 2024 execution of Miss E’s agreement. The relationship between the records remains the question.
