What justified “apparatus on your title”?
The letter challenges the contrast between Shackson’s original title wording and his later general-area explanation. It asks for the title, apparatus, transfer instruments, checks and authorisations supporting the representation.

Authenticate the email. Identify the underlying agreement.
The letter asks whether the disputed correspondence was authentic, what records supported the BH68 representations, and why the earlier verification requests had not produced the specific answers sought.

The covering email, four-page letter, executed wayleave and plan, two annotated attributed-email pages, and five-page verification correspondence.
Checked against the original sent attachments.
All four attachments in each original sent email were downloaded and compared with the source copies. Every file matched exactly. Appendix B was sent as 12 pages with printed footers “1–12 of 14”; Skea’s verification attachment was sent as five pages with footers “1–5 of 6”. Those pagination differences are present in the sent files; the downloads retain every page supplied.

Receipt is one question. A document-supported answer is another.
What was answered—and what remains to be answered?
- 7 May 2026: Howard Mark Hacking (professionally Mark Hacking; solicitor and partner, Geldards LLP, Nottingham; individual SRA 156301) of Geldards LLP acknowledged that Skea had forwarded the letter and documents, directed future correspondence through him, and said he was working through the Shackson material. - 8 September: Geldards disputed that there was a valid claim. That denial is part of the response record.
- 9–10 September: Skea confirmed her instructions to Geldards and service arrangements in a signed letter dated 9 September, forwarded by Geldards on 10 September. These letters address representation and service; they do not authenticate the disputed April 2024 email or identify the BH68 agreement relied on.

What do the underlying records establish?
One connected allegation: Miss E and Mr J say the attributed Skea exchange supplied apparent contractual support and Shackson’s title wording supplied apparent geographical support for the same disputed BH68 entitlement. They allege that their combined use undermined the agreement and pole location supporting Miss E’s boundary position. Which company records substantiate both representations?
