Pages 3–5: Miss E asks whether the apparent 9 April 2024 incoming email is genuine, whether the 15 April reply belongs to that exchange, and what NGED’s records show about BH67, BH68 and payment recipients. She challenges the presentation of the printed emails and says supporting documents have not been supplied.
Her account also refers to a separate message dated 17 May 2024 and to earlier wayleave payments. Those are matters reported in her enquiry. The May message itself and independent records establishing the claimed historic payments are not reproduced in this source.

It does not authenticate the disputed exchange or identify the agreement covering BH68. No subsequent answer from Nigel Merrifield is included in these pages.
