What is in the file

The Unanswered Record has examined all 1 page in this supplied PDF copy. Page references below refer to that copy.

The supplied copy is dated 7 May 2026. It is addressed to Amelia Skea and lists National Grid legal and wayleaves mailboxes among the copied recipients. It lists the formal letter, executed agreement, disputed correspondence and verification history as attachments.

What it establishes about notification

This copy records the intended recipients and attachment list. Standing alone, it does not prove delivery to each mailbox or that every attachment was opened. Document J contains a later reply from Mark Hacking expressly acknowledging that the email to Ms Skea with its letter before action had been forwarded to him. That is additional evidence of notification, not merely an inference from the outgoing header.

The demands and assertions in the covering message are the family’s position. The June date at the top is an export timestamp, not a new sending date or a response.

Publication status

The original PDF is retained outside this website. This source note summarises the supplied copy and does not replace the document itself. A publication copy has not yet been prepared.
