The final notice.
The record requested.

29 April 2026 · Addressed to Judge Paul Mitchell · Two-page signed correspondence

What we examined

The Unanswered Record has read both pages of Mr J’s signed Final Notice – Outstanding N260 and Reasons for Costs Order (10 March 2025 Hearing/L00BP152). It names Judge Paul Mitchell and requests the costs statement, the filing and service record, and the reasons for the costs decision.

The request, in the author’s words

If you are unable to produce the N260, you must say so clearly and explain how any costs assessment was reached without it.

On page 1, Mr J states that no N260 has been produced, that it does not appear on the court file, and that repeated requests remain unresolved. Those are statements in his signed correspondence. The document is a request and challenge by a party, not a court-file certificate or a finding by the court.

Scope of this source note

The letter also raises separate questions about a hearing recorded for 23 May 2025 and enforcement matters. Those claims are not added to this costs question pack. The present questions concern the 10 March 2025 costs decision and its supporting record.
