The allegation and demand

Page 2: the notice challenges the absence of the underlying BH68 wayleave documentation, contrasts it with Miss E’s records and alleges insertion of BH68 into fabricated National Grid correspondence to support encroachment. It demands authentic originals and provenance.

Pages 2–3: it gives notice of intended criminal and regulatory referrals. The National Grid confirmation it describes is the family’s account; that confirmation is not reproduced in this notice.
